Construction and property consultancy RLF is QS and planning supervisor on a 3,200m2 central computer resource for the University of Hertfordshire.

RLF will be working alongside contractors Bluestone, architect RMJM, services engineers Couch, Perry and Wilkes, and structural engineers Faber Maunsell. Work is due to start at the Hatfield Campus this month, with completion set for June 2006.
