Ring roads: Coventry’s New Deal for Communities project held an exhibition on Monday, Thursday and Saturday last week of three possible designs for the Wood End, Henley Green and Manor Farm areas. The £54m regeneration plan was developed by HTA Architects with residents, the New Deal, the council and Whitefriars Housing Group. Whitefriars has also announced a 15-year, £650m regeneration scheme. It will include the first new stock built by Whitefriars since it took over homes from the council 15 years ago.
