Regarding using our own skilled labour force? If you ask around the construction industry you will note that skilled labour is now at a premium. We have not trained enough apprentices in the past 20 years to have the labour now required. We did have 5 years to become a qualified Electrician,Plumber, now its abour 6 months. What's happening to this industry???
