Comment

The sooner this government is gone the better, all they keep doing is introducing expensive ideas which do nothing to the envirenment. They are effectively increasing tenants' rents as the cost of these rediculous pieces of paper have to be recovered as part of the running costs. The sooner HIPS and these latest certificates are abolished the better.
