The Reinhardt-Technik S97 standard pneumatic direct-gunning sealing machine (right) is purpose-built for the continuous edge sealing of insulating glass.

It can operate as either a front-line production tool or as a back-up for a large plant's automatic set-up. The machine has a maximum output of eight linear metres per minute on 12mm cavity units and can operate on two-pack polysulphide, polyurethane or silicone sealants.
