Rehau Heritage vertically sliding PVC-U windows manufactured by Roseview Windows have been installed in a new development built by specialist housebuilder Freshwater Estates in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
The windows were chosen because they complement the traditional styling of the nine new properties built on the site of an old petrol station within the town’s conservation area. They were approved for installation by Ely’s planning officer because they are an authentic looking replica of traditional timber box sashes which are used elsewhere in the town. The Rehau Heritage vertical sliders are approved by more than 20 local authority planning departments across the UK for installation in conservation areas and in many of these they are the only PVC-U window approved, says the company.
Roseview Windows, based in Olney, is one of the UK’s leading fabricators of Rehau Heritage vertical sliders and has built a reputation in the trade, retail and commercial sectors.
