8. Turner & Townsend

Turner & Townsend revealed strong financial results to QS News last month, including a jump in turnover of over one third to £134m. The firm recently scooped two massive cost consultant contract wins in the UK: The £420m Kings Cross revamp and a £400m project for Imperial College London.

10. EC Harris

One of EC Harris’s largest recently reported business wins is a £200m house-building programme in north and west London. ECH is acting as employer’s agent for client the Connected Partnership, consisting of Octavia Housing, the Origin Group and Shepherds Bush Housing Association. The scheme could build up to 1,000 homes a year. EC Harris opened an office in Cardiff last month.

23. Goyne Adams

Goyne Adams has emerged as a staple member of our league of top 25 QSs is recent months. The £3.25m turnover firm has won a string of high profile contracts in the year to date. It has been appointed cost consultant on a £225m Paddington Basin regeneration project, Merchant Square, where it’s working on four of the development’s six buildings. Goyne Adams is also doing four jobs worth around £20-25m each for Racecourse Holdings, including the course at Epsom.
