T Clarke has announced that it is to make up to 50 redundancies.

The move comes following delays in the start of major property projects in London. The company says it has “endeavoured to retain its entire staff during the current year, in the hope that the situation would reverse, but that has not proved to be the case”.

T Clarke remains confident that the delayed projects will commence on site shortly and that the redundancy programme will be short-lived. It says that it remains committed to taking on 65 new apprentices this year.
