Reclaim the streets: Three housing associations and a council have joined forces to clear Birmingham’s streets of rubbish. Midland Area, Focus and Family associations are working with Birmingham council on the £120,000 scheme.

Coordinator Sangeeta Redgrave, pictured, said: “The campaign will benefit the whole of north-west Birmingham.”
