I Can Make You Rich by Paul McKenna

Bantam Press, £18.99 In his latest book McKenna claims the attitudes you have towards money, learnt from family and society, affect the decisions you make and the way you live your life. He claims he can reprogramme your thinking (with the help of a CD which comes with the book).

At least, I think that’s what he’s saying.

I haven’t read the whole thing yet... if I had, I might not be writing this review. I might be starting up my own entrepreneurial empire.

Although the book is a bit embarrassing to read in public (although possibly better than an earlier effort entitled I Can Mend Your Broken Heart) it’s difficult to resist given McKenna’s track record on mind bending. I suggest swapping the dust jacket for one about cricket or rugby.
