After years in this industry (from 1989) , I was shocked to read the questions sent to your website and printed in your "Now, Can You help" section in March's Security Installer.
I refer to the questions: "Volts wrong with it?", "Panel beats me", "Just a remote chance", "TV or not TV?" and "Starting over". Why are you publishing questions from those who appear to be non-professionals . Surely this should not be encouraged.
