1. Breaker, breaker
Moeller Electric's latest generation of NZM7 circuit breakers have power ratings from 25 A to 250 A. They feature two-part box terminals, allowing the top section to be removed and the cable slid into place, eliminating the need to bend large cables into place. Options include a rear connection and a bolt-action terminal. Cable lengths of 120 mm2 can be connected to units rated up to 160 A, and 150 mm2 lengths for 200 A and 250 A rated versions.

A full range of auxiliary contacts can also be fitted, covering standard, general trip indicating and differential trip indicating auxiliaries.

2. Made to measure
Titan has designed a range of low-pressure measurement transducers, which are suitable for use with non-corrosive air or gas over a measurement range 0-2500 Pascals and with an accuracy of ±0.5%. The transducers have wide application possibilities, including filter monitoring, fan speed control, building pressurisation and air leak detection systems. Seven different transducers are available, all employing a solid-state temperature compensated pressure element. The transducers are suitable for 24 V ac or dc supplies.

3. In the air
The new air circuit-breaker incomer modules from MEM250 allow for a mix of fuse and circuit breaker technology on the incoming and outgoing sections. There are three-pole or four-pole draw out units available in ratings up to 2000 A. It has a fast-acting double-break contact action and a 65 kA service rated breaking capacity. A double-insulated body means accessories can be field fitted.

4. Rail way
The PowerRail 303-V from Northern Design comes as a complete kit ready for installation. It includes a din rail-mounting electronic kWh meter, and three split core current transformers that can be selected for 50 A, 100 A, or 200 A operations. It can display instantaneous power, helping to quickly detect incorrect connections. Options include reset of kWh register and a wall-mounted enclosure.

5. On the board
The Gewiss 68 Q-BOX/Q-DIN range of construction site distribution boards offers high impact-resistant enclosures, internal wiring zones, cable guides and lockable doors. The units may be wall mounted or fitted to a self-supporting frame. Available in various sizes and able to accept modular components, they feature a hinged lid, double insulation and resistance to high impact.
