Prison service: Hills Electrical & Mechanical has completed a low energy installation in a new mother and baby unit at HMP Askham Grange near York. The building has been successfully assessed for a BRE EcoHomes environmental performance rating. The unit has ten bedrooms, storerooms, bathrooms, nursery and prison staff facilities. Hills won the £350 000 design and build contract to install all m&e services.
