Gardiner Security has appointed Goldeneye UK as its preferred supplier for the remote monitoring of IP-based surveillance systems in the UK.
Goldeneye has established the UK first exclusively digital IP-based ARC to offer an advanced remote monitoring and alarm response service for the latest IP systems. It is a BS5979 category 2 accredited ARC.
Glenn Fletcher, national sales manager for Gardiner Security's Integrated Systems Division, said: "Goldeneye has a totally secured building and can support all of the IP camera manufacturers that we work with such as Axis, Mobotix, Sony, JVC, etc. They have the best facilities I have seen so far in the UK. with their clean route to market – working only through installer companies – this makes them a perfect Monitoring Solutions Partner."
Goldeneye UK's MD Paul Driver said: "Gardiner has recognised that Goldeneye can assist in driving sales of IP-based solutions by providing what until now has been the missing link in the IP security surveillance solution, a pure IP-based, high quality, UK-wide remote monitoring and alarm response service."
Axis Communications has partnered with Goldeneye to supply software to the ARC. Axis MD Dominic Bruning said the Goldeneye ARC "represents an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the effectiveness of Axis' IP-based surveillance solutions".
Driver said: "We will be working with Axis and other to highlight to the insurance community that IP surveillance-based monitoring services offer timely, safe, secure and cost-effective security.
"The demand for our services helps illustrate that end users are already comfortable that IP surveillance is meeting and exceeding their 24-hour security needs."
