Youth group Kids Company launched an exhibition of artwork at the Tate Modern in London yesterday.
The installation, which will run for three months and is called Shrinking Childhoods, includes depictions of the inner-city deprivation some children experience growing up.
A spokesman for the charity said: “The exhibition space will replicate an inner-city neighbourhood, showing the children’s experience of daily life dominated by violence and poverty.”
