Polycastle Nu-Span Limited of Lowestoft has been awarded BBA certification on its 62mm Plastmo System Index outward opening window range.

Managing Director Garry Catchpole comments, ‘We were assisted in the compilation of our entry by Dr Robin Kent of Tangram Technology. As a result, a manual evolved that was, in effect, almost to ISO standard.

‘Accordingly, all our practices and procedures have been significantly improved from point of order, to goods dispatch and after sales support. These benefits can now be passed on to our customers.’

Polycastle’s innovative niche products include its stable door, manufactured from Plastmo Index profile, and the technically advanced PVC-U panic bar door.
