In my opinion, the best way to achieve an awareness of health and safety, in particular safe electrical working practice, is to promote consistent, user-friendly, common sense advice based on sound electrical codes of practice and working methods.

Now, call me a killjoy if you will, but, on page 42 of your June 2006 issue, the advert for Megger gives the impression of someone hard at work on a distribution board, their attention fully focused on the circuit in question - not! The operative in question is watching the game.
