This isn’t as nasty as it looks. Gary Sullivan, MD of logistics and security firm Wilson James, wanted to get his employees thinking about health and safety. So he devised a ‘fun’ day of competition.

Teams from various parts of the company battled it out at RAF Manston in various ‘real-life’ scenarios incorporating incident reporting, first aid, hazard spotting, fire safety and slips, trips and falls. The construction team were placed a lowly fourth.
