Cost consultancy firm Pierce Hill has made two promotions.

In the firm’s London office, Stewart Dorey has been made an associate director, and Raymond Crowdy has been made technical associate at the Sevenoaks office.

North West based project management firm APE has hired building surveyor Sean Gaugham. His previous experiences include stints at MJ Fellowes and Tweeds Project Services. His role at APE will include contract administration, contractor and client liaison, and preparation of tender reports and final accounts. “I am finding my new role challenging, exciting and rewarding,” he says.

South coast based contractor the CBS Partnership has appointed Robin Clapton as senior QS and commercial manager. He will join the team responsible for expansion plans as a result of contracts won in Chichester and the West Sussex area.
