On the up: Telford Homes is building this development in east London for East Thames Housing Group, which boosted its turnover by £6.1m this year. East Thames' grants went up by £662,000 between March 2002 and 2003, but its pension fund developed a £19m shortfall. The development, in Limehouse, was designed by architect Jestico + Whiles. It includes 100 affordable homes, 100 homes for private sale, four live-work units and two commercial units on a redundant warehouse site.
