This month's appointments

• Nottingham Regeneration has appointed Marc Cole chief executive. He will oversee a £2.5bn regeneration programme.

• Andrew Potter has been appointed chief executive of Lewisham Homes, the arm’s-length management organisation for Lewisham council.

• Calthorpe Estates has appointed Mark Lambert director of development to oversee Edgbaston Galleries, the company’s £110m mixed-use scheme in Birmingham.

• Oakdene Homes has promoted Paul Haines and Graham Chapman to regional directors with responsibility for sites from the Isle of Wight through to Essex.

• Russell Baldwinson has been promoted to land director at Midas Homes. Russell was associate land director for the past 12 months.

• Retirement specialist Audley has appointed two community relations managers: Alison Davies and Nimisha Cross. The company has also appointed Iain Godfrey and Peter Burton as project managers.
