This month's appointments …

Chase Midland has appointed Paul Beaman to head its affordable housing division, Chase Partnership Homes. Beaman previously worked for Three Valleys Housing Association in the East Midlands where he headed up the Property Services Division, and for Carillion.

Two companies investing a total of £79m to date in new facilities for the NHS and local authorities across Nottinghamshire have jointly appointed a chief executive. Lee Clayton heads the two public-private partnerships, Greater Nottingham Local Improvement Finance Trust Company and North Nottinghamshire LIFTCo.

Property adviser Colliers CRE has appointed Jonathan McManus to head its Glasgow team. McManus, who moves from GVA Grimley, will be working closely with Hamish Sutherland, who leads Colliers CRE's Edinburgh agency team.

Midas Homes has appointed Bill Danks as building manager. Danks comes to Midas Homes from Wain Homes, where he was contracts manager.

Julian Merrick has taken up the role of project director with developer Retirement Villages. Merrick joins the company from English Courtyard, where he was construction director.
