Paul Bryan

is to be promoted to the post of group finance and ITC director at the Dorset-based group. He has been in his present job since 2000.

Susan Hickey

Hastoe Housing Association, based in Middlesex, has appointed Susan Hickey as director of resources. She was previously financial controller at Richmond Housing Partnership.

Rich Mellor

South Staffordshire Housing Association has recruited Rich Mellor (right) as its new assistant company secretary. Mellor previously worked as a probate solicitor.

Craig Felts

Midlands Rural Housing, a subsidiary of East Midlands Housing Association, has made Craig Felts director. He has been a manager with Midlands Rural, which is based in Coalville, Leicestershire, since 1997.

Ralph Facey

Ralph Facey has been appointed Oriel Housing Group’s director of housing. He joins the group from Gosport council.
