Julie Fadden is to take over as chief executive at South Liverpool Housing Group. She previously spent 18 years working with councils in Liverpool, Knowsley and Blackburn before becoming director of Manchester and District Housing Association, part of Harvest Housing Group.

Johann Murphy

Asra Greater London Housing Association has appointed Johann Murphy as its development manager. She has previously worked for Acton Housing Association and Pavilion Housing Association.

Patricia Bushell

Patricia Bushell is Portsmouth Housing Association’s new housing director. She was previously at Kelsey Housing Association.

Margaret Tyzack

Coast and Country Housing has recruited Margaret Tyzack as its new marketing and communications officer.

For the past two years she has been a tenant participation officer at Coast and Country.

Before this, she worked in the housing department at Redcar & Cleveland council.
