Old Mutual's City headquarters refurbished

Slickers: Spectrum Projects has refurbished Old Mutual's City headquarters in London. The work, a phased fit-out across 190,000 sq ft, included a re-fit of dealer floors, executive hospitality suites, IT and communications installations, a restaurant and reception areas. Up to 300 workers were on the site at any one time over the 27-week project period.
