The national security inspectorate has presented its first Gold, Silver and Bronze medals to NSI approved companies in recognition of their achievement in meeting the highest standards in the security and fire industries.
Chief executive Tom Mullarkey presented the medals at the first of a number of special regional events across the UK.

The unique and individually numbered Gold, Silver and Bronze medals were specially commissioned by NSI from the Royal Mint. The exclusive design is based on the medal part of the new NSI logo, with the NSI owl centrally depicted.

The medals are available for all NSI schemes, with companies approved for more than one scheme entitled to receive the appropriate medal for each.

The individual medals are presented with a current certificate, in a quality beech frame. NSI will continue to present companies with their medals on a regional basis over the coming months.

Tom Mullarkey explained: “We have produced medals for NSI approved companies in recognition of their achievements by consistently meeting the highest standards, in many cases over many years.

“Companies may display their framed medals to customers and staff and use them as a touchstone for their own marketing campaign.”
