With planning approval for this new Manchester headquarters under its belt, BDP has just appointed AYH to the project as QS. Perched on the edge of the Piccadilly canal basin, an area experiencing rapid generation, the six-storey building will provide 33,000 ft2 of office space for 275 employees, featuring a cantilevered glazed staircase above the Ashton Canal spur.
