The Upperpoint Group has acquired Aasset Security Poland and will run the business under the Norbain umbrella as Norbain Polska.

Alun John, CEO of Upperpoint, said Mariusz Wojtas, the owner of Aasset, had created a number of successful ventures in the CCTV marketplace:
