National building envelope specialist Lakesmere has promoted three managers to divisional director level. David Gray has been appointed as regional director for Scotland with Matt Nicholson taking the role of regional director for the southern region. Both were area managers. Chris Horsfall has also been promoted to divisional director; he had been a business development manager.

Wolseley UK, building products supplier to the professional market, has promoted Nigel Sibley to managing director. He replaces Adrian Barden, who is moving on after three years in the job.
Engineers
Halcrow has appointed Stacey Jones as regional director for the US west coast. She previously worked for 25 years with the Port of Los Angeles, where she was senior director of engineering development.
Cundall has appointed Chris Picken as a senior associate. He joins Cundall’s healthcare team from Zisman Bowyer.
The Tamdown Group has appointed Andy Parton as commercial director. He was commercial director for Taylor Woodrow.
