NHICs annual luncheon

The NHIC’s annual luncheon saw shadow minister for housing Michael Gove presenting awards in recognition of excellence within the home improvement sector. The ECA sponsored the coveted housing association award, secured by Portsmouth Housing Association for their impressive refurbishment of Renown Gardens, a former service personnel quarters for the MoD, which was originally built in the 1970s. The upgrade cost £1.1 million and included new gas services with central heating using the latest A rated condensing boilers. New heating systems virtually trebled SAP ratings.
