Engineering consultant White Young Green is appointed environmental consultant on the £60m redevelopment of St Austell town centre.
Engineering consultancy White Young Green has been appointed as environmental consultant on the £60m redevelopment of St Austell town centre in Cornwall.
Clients David McLean Developments and the South West of England Regional Development Agency are now seeking to appoint a contractor to the scheme, which will be a retail-led mixed-use development.
White Young Green, which is already working on civil and structural engineering and M&E, will now undertake a geotechnical assessment of the site and associated investigations.
Ian Piper, director of sustainable communities at the SWRDA, said: “This appointment will undoubtedly benefit the town of St Austell and its community.”
