Payment could rise to £1.4m if town planning consultant hits performance targets in first year of trading
Consultant White Young Green has bought UK town planning consultant Turner Holden.
WYG has bought the Somerset-based company for £900,000. A further payment of £500,000 is due if Turner Holden hits certain performance targets in the first year of trading under WYG.
In the year ended 31 March, pre-tax profit at Turner Holden was £138,000 on a £647,592 turnover. All its directors are expected to join WYG.
John Purvis, WYG’s chief executive, said: “Turner Holden will strengthen and complement WYG’s existing town planning operations in the south west.
“It will also create opportunities for WYG’s environmental and transportation businesses in the housebuilding sector in the region.”
