WYG bags MoD property and construction contract

Consultant WYG Management Services has been appointed by Defence Estates to provide professional and technical support services for property and construction projects under a four-year framework.

Defence Estates manage the military estate, including accommodation for service personnel and their families, on behalf of the Ministry of Defence.

This Principal Support Provider contract will cover a wide geographical area under DE Operations North through client offices in Lisburn Barracks Northern Ireland, RAF Lossiemouth, HMNB Faslane and Rosyth in Scotland and Catterick Garrison, Sutton Coldfield and RAF Brampton in England.

WYG will provide a full range of multidiscipline services for new build and refurbishment works across this hugely diverse estate. This will vary from advisory services to project management and design of major schemes.
