Former chief executive of the British Nuclear Group will take up position at White Young Green on July 1
Consultant White Young Green has appointed Lawrie Haynes, the former chief executive of the British Nuclear Group, as its chief executive officer.
Haynes will take up the new role on July 1 taking over from John Purvis who is retiring.
Haynes has management experience in both the public and private sectors. Until recently, he was chief executive of British Nuclear Group and a main board director of BNFL. He was previously chief executive of the Highways Agency and group managing director (Telecoms) of Lattice Group.
Haynes will join the board on 18 June 2007 and take up the post of chief executive from 1 July 2007.
