WSP turns to rivals to boost transport arm

Firm raids CH2M and Atkins to fill roles

WSP has raided rivals CH2M and Atkins to beef up its transport and infrastructure arm.

David Stephens has joined as head of local government, which is part of WSP’s transport and infrastructure strategic business unit, after spending more than 13 years at CH”M.

He previously held the roles of development director for both Europe and UK North at CH2M.
