Terry Pawson Architects has won planning permission for this striking 220 m2 office development on an infill site in the heart of Wimbledon.

The proposed Beulah Road Studios will house the practice’s offices and have an exhibition space on the ground floor. Intended as a catalyst for local regeneration, the £300,000 building features a Staffordshire blue brick facade and large panes of structural glazing. Completion is expected early next year.
