Health and Social Care building to be complete within 15 months.
Work on YRM’s £9.3 million School of Health and Social Care at Brunel University is set to begin next month, with completion scheduled for July 2006.
The scheme is the first of four planned Gateway Building Projects designed by architect YRM, and will stand at the new entrance on the eastern side of the university campus.
The design features a combination of curved, rectilinear and angular forms, with glazed office space and more private physiotherapy and occupational therapy teaching departments.
Laing O’Rourke is constructing the building, which will house 1500 staff and students.
