Consultant is project manager on the £1.6m Belfast City Council scheme
Consultant Capita Symonds has been appointed by Belfast City Council to provide project management services on the £1.6m restoration of the city’s historic Woodvale Park.
The project will revitalise the park into an open space relevant to the needs and requirements of local residents and visitors.
The proposed scheme includes a new floodlit multi-sport polymeric pitch, re-orientation of two grass pitches, ground modelling to create terracing, community allotments, toddlers’ garden, outdoor exercise area, refurbishment of an existing children’s playground, general works to footpaths and additional planting.
Capita will work with local partner WDR & RT Taggart who will provide engineering and CDMC services.
