Berkeley Homes, Midas Homes and housing association Circle 33 were among the winners of the 18 prizes in the 2004 Building Homes Quality Awards, organised by Building in association with the Housing Forum. The awards were held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Tuesday night. Berkeley took the private housebuilder of the year title, Midas Homes the outstanding housebuilder of the year prize (for firms building 500 units or fewer) and Circle 33 was named affordable housing provider of the year. Taylor Woodrow took the Channel 4 4Homes award for Newington Grange in Edinburgh.
