Minor works frameworks cover new-build and refurb up to £4m
The winners have been announced for the latest iteration of the YORhub minor works frameworks.
The YORbuild3 Minor Works regional frameworks are for new-build and refurbishment works worth up to £4m and for new housing developments up to 25 units.
Four of the five regional frameworks – North-east, North-west, South and West – have been awarded, with the area winners for the East still to be announced.
Tolent Construction was the big winner, named on every lot and region.
The framework is aligned with the government’s Construction Playbook, as well as the Construction Innovation Hub’s value toolkit.
Earlier this year, YORhub announced the winners on its two YORbuild3 Medium Works frameworks. Winners included Kier, Tilbury Douglas and Morgan Sindall as well as several regional contractors.
