Gleeds and Aecom also working on £8m scheme
Willmott Dixon has won an £8m contract to expand Nottingham Science Park for the local council.
The new building (pictured), which was designed by CPMG Architects, will contain 22,700ft2 of office space for research and development companies.
Nottingham council said the scheme, which is a couple of miles east of the city centre, will create 200 highly skilled jobs.
Willmott Dixon won the project via the major works segment of the Scape National Construction Framework.
The contractor will work with Perfect Circle, a JV between Pick Everard, Gleeds and Aecom, which is set to provide consultancy services.
The building is due to finish in early 2020.
