Firm to repeat its work on Denham Garden Village in Buckinghamshire at new site in Hampshire
Contractor Willmott Dixon has won a £22m retirement housing contract in Hampshire.
The firm will build 170 homes and 48-bed care home for developer Anchor at its Bishopstoke Park development in Hampshire.
The development also includes a new village centre complex with a Wellness Centre, swimming pool, hair salon and bistro.
The scheme, designed by architect Urban Edge, is due to complete next summer.
Willmott Dixon worked for Anchor on its Denham Garden Village in Buckinghamshire, which completed in 2009.
Charlie Scherer, chief executive of Willmott Dixon’s housing business, said the development would “really make a difference to the provision of high-quality retirement housing in Hampshire”.
He added: “I look forward to applying the expertise and know-how from Denham Garden Village and many other similar projects to realise the exciting vision that is Bishopstoke Park.”
