Contractor strikes deal to build Spelthorne Leisure Centre

Willmott Dixon is set to deliver the UK’s second Passivhaus leisure centre after signing a £43.5m with a council in Surrey.

According to Spelthorne Borough Council, the leisure centre will use 60-70% less energy than a typical modern leisure, following in the footsteps of the pioneering St Sidwell’s Point in Exeter.
