Firm awarded five-year contract to provide repair and maintenance services
Willmott Dixon has been awarded a five-year contract worth £45m to provide repair and maintenance services for Notting Hill Housing Trust.
The firm’s repair and maintenance division Willmott Dixon Partnerships will carry out the works on behalf of the Trust’s 15,000 tenants.
An option to extend the contract by ten years is also included in the deal. The new contract means Willmott Dixon now services over 135,000 domestic properties across the UK.
Willmott Dixon Partnerships managing director Mick Williamson said: “We are delighted to be given this opportunity to work with Notting Hill in delivering a first-class service to residents.
“We believe Notting Hill’s ‘Altogether Better’ approach to customer service, in which one housing officer works directly with a much smaller group of tenants, is an exciting new model for the sector and we are enthusiastic about being involved in developing and delivering this vision alongside the Trust.”
