Contractor will deliver £20m worth of projects through the health framework
Willmott Dixon has secured three contracts worth £20m through the government’s P21+ health projects framework.
The largest win, valued at £8m, will see the contractor build six new theatres, an admissions suite and a day surgery unit for Queen Victoria NHS Foundation Trust in East Grinstead.
Willmott Dixon will also extend a mental health unit at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire for £7m.
The contractor will build a new training facility and energy centre as well as undertake enabling works in preparation for a proposed redevelopment of the site.
Finally Willmott Dixon will carry out a £5m refurbishment of Lister Hospital in Stevenage. The contractor will refurbish an intensive care unit, a 30 bed inpatient ward as well as create a new chemotherapy facility.
