Work has been completed on the steel structure of the £80m London 2012 velodrome at the Olympic park in east London

ISG started building the 6,000-seater cycling venue in March 2009, with Bolton-based Watson Steel supplying 2,500 sections of fabricated steel in a deal worth more than £3m. It is due to be completed in early 2011, which would make it the first Olympic venue to be finished.
