Plans include sports pitch on the roof
Hillingdon council in west London is on the hunt for firms to build a £25m leisure centre in West Drayton.
The council has given firms until next month to register interest in the job.
The scheme will involve demolishing an existing youth and family centre, as well as building the new leisure centre itself which will come with a 25m swimming pool, sports hall and outdoor sports pitch on the roof.
Up to five firms will be shortlisted for the job, with would-be bidders given until 24 January to send in expressions of interest.
The deal will run for 20 months with shortlisted bidders notified by 24 February.
