Wates appointed to £21m Coventry regeneration scheme

Work set to finish in 2026

Wates has been appointed as main contractor on a £21m regeneration scheme in Coventry.

The firm was appointed by housing association Citizen Housing to demolish the 144-home Vincent Wyles House and replace with a new 93-home block.
