Managing director Bob Campbell will retire in June and be replaced by director Nicholas Taylor
Bob Campbell, the managing director of Waterman Group, will retire in June after nine years in the post.
Nicholas Taylor, the current director for responsible for the group’s structural engineering business, will take over from Campbell on 1 July.
Taylor joined the engineering and environmental consultant in 1982 after spending two years at Taylor Woodrow Construction. He was elected to the board in 2003.
Campbell, who will continue to work with Waterman as a consultant, said: “I am delighted that Nick Taylor, with the full backing of the board, has been selected to succeed me as managing director."
"He has gained considerable experience in a senior capacity at Waterman and is well known throughout our sector. He has demonstrated strong leadership qualities and I look forward to working with him and the board to achieve a seemless and effective handover.”
