Safety blunder

Thanks to Tony Walton for this image. He describes the scene: "These grounds fixers were five storeys up. The top bloke is standing on a two board scaffold which is not clamped. His harness isn’t clipped on.

"The guy underneath, well see for yourself. I just love the one scaffold board resting on a rickety scaffold. This is one of Turkey's largest contractors as well."
